Purpose of the Role
The Driver will provide safe, courteous and efficient transport services for ChisankhoWatch board members, staff, observers, equipment and visitors. She/he will ensure vehicles in use of Chisankho Watch are well maintained, correctly documented and operated in strict compliance with road safety regulations and the prescribed policies.
Qualification and Essentials
- Malawi Professional Driving Permit (PSD/PGD) with Class C1 or higher.
- A minimum of five(5) years' accident-free driving experience, at least two with an NGO or company fleet.
- Working knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics.
- Fluent in Chichewa and functional English (spoken & simple written records).
- Physically fit and willing to travel extensively, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Minimum of an MSCE certificate
